I was fishing a NYS BASS fed touney on Oneida Lake and had problems with my motor. joe saw i needed help and towed me up near the ramp. i tryed to give him some money but he would not take it. In stead i gave the college student he was with some baits and showed him the spot i was getting my fish. iI would like to thank Joe Thomas for takeing the time to help me.
