    Describing me........

Wednesday, August 6, 2008, 10:06 PM CST [General]

Well, I am new to this site so, I am 27, almost 28.  I have been married for a little over a year to a wonderful woman ans we are expecting our first child in a about a month.  I live in Middle TN between Nashville and Knoxville but I am orinally from VA.

When I was young I was not patient enoungh to hunt so I did not really try, I did fish a lot growing up, i love to wade the mountain rivers, I get my own bait from the rivers, I am almost a pro at that.  I started hunting again this past year and I am having the time of my life.  I have been soaking up knowledge from those around me and hunting shows like a sponge.  I did kill my first deer on Thanksgiving day, it was a 9 point, not to wide but for my first I could not be happier.  I tried Turkey hunting for the first time this spring and I really enjoyed it, I did not shoot one but i had my chance, I just thought the other guy was going to shoot but he couldn't see it so oh well.  I am looking forward to this upcoming hunting season, my cousins have a bussiness and they make feeders, right now thier deer feeders are phenominal, I will have pics up soon from trail cams we have watching these feeders, great pics. Thier feeders are gravity fed so they don't need batteries ever, they are also making a salt release and some feeders for turkeys and ducks so check them out if you can. Sneeky Fox Outdoors.  I am slao lookinf forward to some hog hunting, the hog population is growing fast here in middle TN and we are trying to control it.  I have some family that came up on some last weekend, they got 1 out of 4 so not bad.

I would like to know some abouy hunting and fishing in other areas so just drop me a line anytime.
