We set up a booth at a local outdoors show and wild game cookout. We had about 150 people come through and talk to us. It was a great time and the food... Well, it was some of the best eating around. Got to meet Bill Epeards from PSE Pro Staff too. Nice guy and we exchanged contact info. I look forward to hunting with him. Thanks to all who attended and stopped to talk to us.

And of course there is always fishing.

So, What do I take to the field, A Bow, Shotgun, .22 rifle, Fishing pole? All of them will be in the truck. Have a great season folks and above all... BE SAFE!

Turkey season is upon us, I hear them every time I go to the farm and slam a truck door. I can't wait to get out and bag a gobbler.

I'm gonna miss part of the season because a friend is coming from Texas to fish with me at Dale Hollow Lake. That's gonna be fun. Look out smallies.

Wow, I can't believe I haven't posted since December. What am I thinking?

Today was the first warm day in a long time, 66 degrees. I got the fishing itch really bad and can't wait to get my boat out of storage.

It has some info about my guide service here in Kentucky. it's still under construction and will always be getting updated as news comes out from Ky. Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. We're waiting for the 2008-09 hunting dates to be finalized. Spring Turkey hunting is April 12th - May 4th with Youth Only season being April 5th&6th. Shotgun and archery are legal for the spring season.

Early Squirrel season is June 7th-20th.

Went duck hunting this morning on the Ohio River. Got one golden eye and that's all. Nothing was flying but that one, lone duck, so I shot him. Nice looking bird, so I am having it mounted. Hope to film an archery deer hunt in January, got to get the particulars worked out.
