Well, It looks like we are finally gonna get some cold weather here in south Georgia.  Not as cold as I would like, but at least it's cold weather. Hopefully it will be here for the duration of the hunting season.  The deer down here seem to move better when it is cold.  The colder the better.  People think I'm crazy getting out of bed and going hunting when temps drop so low.  But what can I say, "I have an OBSESSION with whitetails and the urge to hunt them is so strong that I will endure extreme conditions when neccessary to tag a MEGA BUCK.  With each new hunting season, comes my dream of tagging one of those bad boys.  I am always hopeful and who knows this could be the year.   Wouldn't that be AWESOME!!! 

Here's a picture of the buck that I harvested the last week of the season.  He had 7 pts and weighed 150 lbs.
