Well thank you. I am 1 and a half weeks beyond the surgery now and am doing well. I am in a back brace and am walking fairly well still not winning any marathons yet. I hope to be up and running by spring bear season. I am putting in for my tag application today.

Congratulations on your positive outcome! I had to have spinal surgery with a hip graft about 16 years ago - the brace isn't any fun, but they say you get better results if you stay in it the full amount of time... good luck and hang in there!! :-)
