For the first time, I didn't hit the road for the long weekend. It's around $4.60 gallon and it just doesn't make a lot of sense to use up a few tanks. At least it's been nice in the Bay Area, and there's no more smoky skies from the fires. Still I'm going stir crazy and considering getting away tomorrow, maybe just under half-tank somewhere. Is anyone else scaling back from the great outdoors?

Well gas prices have not hit thew 4.60 mark here, 4.09 is bad enough. As far as scaling back from the outdoors, I love the outdoors, and will spend as much time there as I can. I love to hunt , however we may not be able to take the annual trip, my dad and I have taken the past 6 years. Thankfully we have friends near home and the river is near by!
