We've just launched our new web site and are in the process of releasing our very own ONLINE video magazine. We've had several requests for this and now we're finally going to make it happen.

In the next couple of weeks we'll be back on the road for a whole new series of shows to be filmed for the Outdoor Channel. If you have a good idea for a really cool adventure, contact me personally on my page at www.fishersatvworldonline... and tell me what you'd like to see.

Tickets are now on sale for our 2nd Annual Fisher's ATV World Reunion that's going down September 11th -13th, 2009 at Rock Run Recreation in Patton, PA. And I can promise you, this is one event you won't want to miss! We have a couple good friends of mine scheduled to perform on the Toyota Country Concert stage Saturday night, and of course I'll be around all weekend hanging out with all that attend.

Lookin' forward to seeing you out on the trail...

    "WE CAME SO CLOSE"

Monday, November 17, 2008, 11:35 AM EST [General]

Well our hunt in Missouri this year has come and gone. This year we came so close to bagging a big one!  I took my son, Tyler, along.  This was his first real bow hunt and now he can appreciate just how tough bow hunting can be. We had plenty of opportunities but just didn't have that perfect shot on the right deer. I did, however, bag a nice big doe and am looking forward to a delicious "back strap" dinner with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. Mmmm...

My wife thinks we're crazy, everything we go through to go hunting each year. But for those of us that hunt, we know it's not about harvesting something every time we go. It's much more than that. For us, it's the time spent together and enjoying nature at it's best. And not knowing what you'll see in the wild or getting a glimpse of a huge monster buck. That's what keeps you going out to your stand day after day.

As our hunt was coming down to the last day, we decided to roll the dice and stay one extra day. My camera guy ("Bone") and I saw lots of deer from the stand we were hunting but no wall hangers. We decided to move for the last day's hunt. Still no luck! We thought about staying for yet one more morning and leaving in the afternoon, but it was time to go home. We had seven good hunting days and my next ATV Adventure was calling. Now doesn't it just figure that I got a call from a local farmer in the area telling us that a monster "10 Point" came right by our stand that same morning we left. That's hunting!

All in all, this hunt was AWESOME and I had a great time with my 16 year old son Tyler. We could have never covered as much ground and got done what we did without our Polaris Ranger Crew Browning Edition and our Rough & Tough Electric Utility Vehicle. These two units made our hunt so much easier by getting back to our stands, scouting, moving stands and yes even bringing my doe out of the woods. One things for sure, you can bet we'll be back out there again next year to give it another shot...

"I LOVE THIS TIME OF THE YEAR"

Friday, October 17, 2008, 09:39 AM EST [General]

This is my favorite time of the year.....the leaves are changing colors, the air is getting cooler and huntin' season is just around the corner.

We just got back from the annual Trailfest Event at The Hatfield & McCoy Trials in Gilbert, WV and I've gotta say, this year was the best it's ever been!  Very organized and tons of new people attending.  It's always a good time for us because of all the nice people we get to meet and hang out with.  We hosted the "Fisher's Mud Run" again this year at Trailfest and there's no doubt, when it comes to mud, people get CRAZY!

Now that we're done with Trailfest, it's time to change gears and focus my time and energy on hunting season.

I'm heading back to Missouri again for my annual bow hunt and plan on taking down a big one!  I told my wife, Melissa, that this is my year.....I already took not one, but two turkeys this past Spring (and let me add this was my first turkey ever and I'm getting both of them mounted) and now it's time for that MONSTER wall hanger!  She's gonna be real happy because I'm gonna have her some new decor for our living room!

Last year I came so close but just couldn't close the deal.  I had a monster come in at 20 yards the second day we were there. I drew back and had him in my sights but when I asked my camera man if he was on him, he said "I can't see him in the camera. It's too dark".  And I had to let him walk....  Two days later I had the same buck come in and wouldn't come any closer than 65 yards...too far of a shot to take with my bow.  Jeff Lampe from Cocoon Solutions and his friend Bill Wise have already called me and told me they are seeing some monsters out there.  I'm getting fired up!

Best of luck to all of you hunters out there this season and I'll keep you posted on my score card!

“Where’s the best place you’ve ever gone?”

Tuesday, September 2, 2008, 04:06 PM EST [General]

It seems when we’re at events, this question always comes up “Where’s the best place you’ve ever gone?”  We just got back from a trip to Wyoming where we rode the Big Horn Mountains and stayed at The Passage Resort!  You talk about incredible!  The first night we were there we saw a couple huge “bull-winkle” moose, a herd of about 300 Elk and countless white tail and mule deer.

Our guide and co/owner of The Passage Resort, Brett Wood, took us to see and experience lots of things in the area.  Now of course, riding ATVs was at the top of our agenda and   we rode the Resort’s rental units, which were Suzuki King Quad 450s, for two straight days through the beautiful Big Horn Mountains.  The scenery was AMAZING and I have to admit, we saw more wildlife on this trip than any other place we’ve ever been, including Alaska!

One day we met up with some locals that showed us around and took us to an area where we walked over real dinosaur tracks that were 167 million years old!  We then took a boat ride down the Big Horn River that meandered through a canyon with 1,500 foot cliff walls on either side with Big Horn Sheep and lots of interesting rock formations.

Our final day there, we tried our hand at fly fishing and caught some pretty big trout.

In four days, we packed in as much as possible.  If you’re looking for an awesome get away, you need to check out The Passage Resort in Northern Wyoming.  It was by far our best trip yet!

See You Soon Out on the Trail!
