These pictures were taken during my son Gunners 1st camping trip with me.  We camped at a state park below Blakley Dam near Mountain Pine, AR.  Me and Gunner had a great time hiking, fishing, and swiming. We hope to get to do it again before he starts kindergarten.   

 Hello everyone I just recently took a hike with my wife, son, and a friend from work and his wife.  If anyone ever comes to Hot Springs, AR and wants to go on one then the one at Lake Catherine State Park is a good one to start off with.  As the spring and summer progress I will be adding more of my recomendations and pictures of hikes and fishing trips around Arkansas.  I hope you all enjoy.

To tell you about myself I am a current law enforcement officer in Arkansas, I have also been in the Air Force, and the Arkansas Army National Guard.  As time goes on I will be posting blogs and pictures about hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and shooting.  I hope everyone that visits will like the site.  I also welcome all suggestions and pictures on your favorite subjects or outdoor channel television show.
